So in the month of July only one Saturday will be working-day for Bank even though there are three Saturdays left in a month. People who are planing to visit bank on Saturdays finish the work with in a time.
Because normally Banks are closed on Sundays and second and fourth Saturdays. And now a major festival Muharram will fall on 29th July which is fifth Saturday. so peopole can finish there all bank activities in coming Saturday which is on 15th of July.
The RBI has designated the following bank holidays:
Holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act and Real-Time Gross Settlement Holiday; and Banks’ Closing of Accounts.
